Return & Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Returns
Eligible products can be returned for Store Credit only.
We do not offer monetary refunds.
Store Credit will be issued after the returned product passes our quality inspection and will remain valid for
6 months from the date of issue.
Exchanges
Eligible products can be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value.
The first exchange is free, provided reverse pickup service is available for your location.
If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers will be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse
at their own expense.
Any subsequent exchanges may attract applicable shipping and handling charges.
If you choose a higher-priced product, you'll only need to pay the price difference.
If the exchanged product is of a lower value, the balance will be issued as Store Credit.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original packaging, tags, pouches, boxes, and invoices must be returned.
The jewellery must be free from scratches, damage, perfume, makeup, or any signs of wear.
The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
All returned products are subject to a quality inspection before approval.

Items Not Eligible
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Customized or engraved jewellery.
Earrings that have been worn or unsealed (for hygiene reasons).
Products purchased during sale or promotional offers.
Gift cards or purchases made using Store Credit.
Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper handling.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of
delivery.
Please share:
Your order number.
Clear photographs of the product.
An unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.
Return Shipping
Where reverse pickup service is available, we will arrange the pickup.
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you will need to ship the product to our warehouse using a
reliable courier at your own expense.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for dispatch.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
For Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the ₹100 advance payment is non-refundable if the order is
cancelled after dispatch or refused at the time of delivery.
Quality Inspection
Every returned product undergoes a quality inspection upon arrival.

If the product fails our quality inspection due to signs of use, damage, missing packaging, missing
accessories, or any condition that makes it ineligible for return or exchange, the request will be rejected.
The product will be shipped back to the customer, and the return shipping charges will be borne by the
customer.

Storage

- Store each piece separately in the original AMOKA box or a soft pouch.
- Keep jewellery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
- Avoid storing multiple pieces together to prevent scratches, tangling, or rubbing.

Cleaning
To maintain your jewellery's shine:

- Wipe gently with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth after each use.
- If necessary, clean with a slightly damp soft cloth and dry thoroughly before storing.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, polishing compounds, ultrasonic cleaners, or harsh chemicals unless specifically recommended for the material.

Everyday Wear
Our jewellery is designed for everyday wear. However, no jewellery is completely immune to natural wear over time.
Factors such as body chemistry, skin pH, sweat, humidity, perfumes, chemicals, friction, and frequency of use may affect the appearance and longevity of plating and finishes.
Proper care will significantly extend the life of your jewellery.

Important Note
Natural wear and tear, scratches, fading, minor oxidation, or changes in appearance resulting from normal use, improper care, accidental damage, or exposure to chemicals or moisture are not consideredmanufacturing defects.
